Natural products and their structural analogues have historically made a major contribution to pharmacotherapy, especially for cancer and infectious diseases [1-3].
 
The project involves investigation of natural molecules obtained from medicinal and aromatic plants through Cheminformatics approaches.
 
The student will screen diverse natural phytomolecules from specialized libraries through virtual screening and molecular docking. The study, aims to search potent diverse molecules to understand the mechanism of the protein-drug interactions in the treatment of diseases caused, mainly in the Czech Republic.
